  9.     On Friday the 11th  November at about 8am, 3 C.I.B. officers raided
  10.         my house in  Dandenong...  They searched  my room,  car and  garage
  11.     looking for explosives and  instructions on how to make them!  They
  12.     confiscated both my IBM's,  all my  floppy disks, an  assortment of
  13.     weapons and  items  around  the room,  all of which  bombs could be
  14.     made from...  I was  informed  that the  Police had been on my case
  15.     for more than  12 months.  They had been  investigating a number of
  16.     "Bombings" around the  Narre Warren, Berwick suburbs!   The  Police
  17.     accused me of detonating  numerous bombs in letterboxes  within the
  18.     last 12 months.   After  been interviewed for several hours,  I was
  19.     handed 4 charges!!!

  21.     During the interview, I found out that a  Sysop of a  BBS that  had
  22.     been busted had narked on me.    They  did not  charge  me  of  the
  23.     offences  I  had supposably  commited...   They held  onto my IBM's
  24.     till yesterday.  When picking them up from the Narre Warren  C.I.B.
  25.     I was handed another charge.

  27.     "THE DEFENDANT DID INCITE  ANOTHER  PERSON TO  PURSUE  A COARSE  OF
  28.     CONDUCT WHICH INVOLVED THE COMMISSION OF AN OFFENCE  BY THE  PERSON
  29.     INCITED TO WIT CRIMINAL DAMAGE SUCH INCITEMENT BEING ACTED  UPON IN
  30.     ACCORDANCE WITH THE INCITERS INTENTION."

  50.     Recently I have appeared in the local newspaper  "THE BERWICK CITY

  56.       Police are interviewing a 17 year old Dandenong youth about a
  57.       spate of  letter box  explosions in  Berwick and  surrounding
  58.       areas over the last 12 months!

  60.       Around 12 months ago a bulletin  board was  established by  a
  61.       person calling himself "ADRENALIZE".

  63.       The boards, which have since been accessed by an unknown num-
  64.       ber of people, advocate anarchy and entice people to  blow up
  65.       letter boxes.  The bulletins also instruct people  on various
  66.       ways to make explosives.

  68.       The youth's computer was last Friday seized by police.  Inve-
  69.       stigations are continuing.

  71.       A letterbox in Ryan Court Berwick was the most recent target.
  72.       More than $50 damage was caused when a silver-wrapped  parcel
  73.       exploded last Sunday.
